Production Details: Only Digital Media Accepted
1. Ads should be submitted on a Mac-formatted Zip disk or CD-ROM in one of the following formats: 

a). PDF file with quality set in Acrobat at PRESS OPTIMIZED.

b). TIFF file CMYK at 400 dpi
2. Ads and accompanying artwork should not be compressed.
3. Color ads must be accompanied by a color proof.
4. All photo scans should be saved in CMYK format at a resolution of 300 dpi
5. All colors used in page-layout program should be saved in CMYK format.
6. Ads must be accompanied by a typed sheet with the following info:
a). Contact name

b). email address

c). Phone number for any questions
7. Any ad requiring additional work (color and/or PC to Mac conversion, resizing, type corrections) will be billed at prevailing rates (non-commissionable).
8. Any ad requiring a longer than average plate output time will be billed for additional time (non-commissionable).
9. IHT does not guarantee output quality for any ad not received by scheduled date or for ads not meeting the above stated criteria.
10. Any additional expenses (rush charges, late fees) incurred by IHT to output ads submitted after posted deadline will be billed back to the advertiser (non-commissionable)
